You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using dbest, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental consent to use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent mission proofs; create multiple accounts to manipulate contests; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use bots, scripts, or automated methods to complete missions; post inappropriate or offensive content; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Points & Rewards
Points earned on dbest have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to revoke points obtained through fraudulent activity.
6. Contest Rules
Weekly contests are governed by these terms. Winners are selected based on the contest rules posted each week. Prizes are subject to change and may be subject to additional terms. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of dbest or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
dbest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
